You create one MATCHi account, and it works across every venue on the platform - there's no need to register separately for each venue you play at.
If you already had a MATCHi TV account, that's separate: you still need to log in or create a new MATCHi account to use booking, membership, and other player features.
- Open the registration screen in the app or on matchi.se.
- Fill in your details and follow the on-screen steps.
- Check your email for a verification link and confirm it. Your account isn't active until you verify your email address - this is what activates your ability to log in and book courts.
Done! You have now created a new MATCHi account.
A few things worth knowing:
- Your email address must be unique - if it's already registered to another active MATCHi account, you'll need to use a different address or recover the existing account instead.
- Once verified, your account gives you access to book, join memberships, and interact with any venue on MATCHi - each venue you interact with creates its own record for you behind the scenes, but you only ever manage one login.
